A simple smuggling job. Get the goods from the Koshari. Deliver it to the Mafia. Avoid the Yakuza, the Triads, the UCAS border patrol, and the Zone Defense Force. Just another day in the Front Range Free Zone.
Though there was much discussion, the package was delivered unopened.
First run-in with An Peng, among others.
Job blasted (at?) Jonny Ono [Yakuza] with his Yamamoto.
Revenge, corporate interference and dealings with the mafia, it’s all part of the day to day life of shadowrunners. When a high-ranking executive gets involuntarily extracted though, it’s time for a team of deniable assets to bring him back.
Hired by Jaron Falcone of the Horse Trot Ranch to settle a matter of a missing client and blackmail.
Foul ‘The Void’s’ blackmail plan.
Shootout with a rival Shadowrunner team – The Black Cats. First of many instances where it will be shown that R.E.P.O. don’t give no love for others in the ’Biz.
The shadows can be a dirty place to make a living. When opportunity's call involves extracting an eleven-year-old girl as part of an elaborate and bizarre extortion scheme, the shadows can get much dirtier… and some stains can never be washed out.
The fewer strings attached to a job, the better. At least that’s what you’ve been telling yourself. Now you’ll find out if having the power in your hands will be everything you expected, or just a shortcut to electrocution.
REPO gets to flex their muscles and creativity for destruction in any way they choose, to complete the job to sabotage a Rocky Mountain Dynamics facility in Bow Mar.
While not the birth of ‘The Birdman’ myth, Redge earns his wings.
Redge learns a few things about the relationship between Denver and powerful spirits.
When a ranking hacker of the Mob becomes prime suspect in a crime he didn’t commit (this time), putting heat on the business, you are called in to deliver some family justice against those who framed him.
REPO comes to the aid of Dean, who has just been pinned for the murder of his girlfriend
Job finds enjoyment in the sunshine-happy existence that some BTL can promise
Firefight at Happy Canyon Mall, REPO’s relationship with their nemesis, An Peng, solidifies.
REPO saves Job from a mob of brain-controlled everyday Joes.
So that local street doc has just saved your sorry hoop yet again. You know they’re strapped for more than cash. So when the doc needs a line on some meds…well, here’s your chance to “pay it forward.”
Max and Redge are hired to secure a drastically needed new medical compound called ‘Cryosec’ for a clinic in the PCC Sector. The problem is, it’s still in trials and the only place it’s being stored is the major DocWagon facility in Lakewood.
Nobody knows what went on inside that facility, other than the fact that Max and Redge have never spoken of it.
An innocent little girl is dead, and a killer still lives. A local arms dealer out for vengeance intends to fix that. To right this grievous wrong, a team of shadowrunners are going to have to help her chase The Dragon.
REPO is hired to track down the killer of young Catherine Westmore, the ten-year old girl that sniped during an abduction that they had taken part in, a month prior.
Interrogation reveals that Takeshi, an ex-Yakuza operator and former associate of Lady Jade was at the scene of Catherine’s shooting. He witnessed a man named Kazuya “The Dragon” Hitomi, Catherine’s own father and a merciless Yakuza(Denver’s Yamata-rengo) assassin, kill the girl with one shot, through the head, from a rooftop. Takeshi engaged The Dragon, lost, and barely survived after taking three shots to the chest.
Further legwork leads REPO to Klub Karma, where The Dragon is laying low. He’s currently being protected by the White Lotus Triad following his theft of ‘something very valuable’ from the Yamata-rengo Yakuza Clan.
REPO is aided by An Peng (Deceased), the Hung Kwan of the Golden Triangle Triad, and given access to the secure upper floors of Klub Karma in exchange for a small service: retrieval of files from some of Klub Karma’s computers.
Things go poorly for Job and Max on the upper floor, and they have to call in support from Job’s awaiting array of drones. They barely escape from Klub Karma with the unconscious body of Kazuya Hitomi. Klub Karma suffers an unprecedented level of cosmetic, and perhaps structural, damage.
REPO eventually delivers Kazuya Hitomi to justice in the awaiting arms of their loyal fixer Lady Jade, and her power-drill concerto.
Boy meets girl, boy falls in love with girl. Girl kills leader of boy’s gang to promote him. Can these two lovers survive long enough to unite their warring gangs or will they be subsumed in the violent struggle which is everyday life in Aurora.
REPO is hired by Nikolai Kirillov to impress a gang called the Three Kings into the service of the Vory. Their leader has recently been killed and is in disorder. The Three Kings are a sub-gang of the Fronts, and it’s REPO’s job to get the Kings to side with the Vory, instead of the Fronts.
REPO shows up at the Three Kings’ safe house, where two of them are fighting in the middle of the street and the gang seems to have been split down the middle. One side is arguing that they need to stay true to their new leader, Tony – while the other say that he’s pussywhipped by his “russian whore” of a girlfriend and they should all just join The Fronts
Max discovers, and saves, an uncover Lone Star vice detective named Kev, who had infiltrated The Fronts, but had been discovered, shot, and left to die.
REPO uses the fact that the Fronts had been infiltrated by Lone Star to sway the Three Kings to support Tony and end up in a gunfight with representatives of the Fronts. They kill the reps, including an up and coming gang leader named Amy Steur
((Some of the ending details have eluded me – can anyone fill in how this wrapped up? Did you guys convince the Kings to side with the Vory at this point? Did you help Maria and Tony in some way?))
